“What we needed”
The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, yet the décor was far too dark—everything black and grey—so I had trouble seeing things and would have preferred lighter colours.

The location is great over the train station, the breakfast was really good with fresh fruit, but I received wrong information about the requested amenity and the room had no bathtub when I arrived.

The hotel staff were very friendly and polite, but there was no luggage rack, no wardrobe, and no hangers.
