The location was good, a quiet spot right in front of the park and public transport. I didn’t like the payment service for early check‑in, but I appreciated that the key pickup was in a place where, with my kids, we could keep them entertained while waiting for the agreed time, especially if we arrived with luggage. I chose this place because it had a kitchen (even though shared) and it was very nice and cozy. I liked the tea and herbal tea selection in the room, the air‑conditioning, and the spacious wardrobe. The towels were plentiful. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the elevator, which made getting to the 4th floor and checking in difficult. The room only had one power outlet, which caused some trouble. I would have liked direct contact with the staff via message and a better welcome or understanding. The value for money was medium‑low compared to other places in the area.

“Great location , good quality and great basics and there is a balcony.”

The spot was great, a large room with a king‑size bed, wardrobe, and balcony. The kitchen was modern and the bathroom was a nice size. The agent helped with the location and where to find the ATM. It’s close to a very student area, so there are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. A main bus stop is outside and there’s a park for running that I enjoyed. The balcony offers an amazing view for morning breakfast and evening drinks. The only downside is that it’s shared accommodation. Still, I paid a great price and would definitely stay again this week or next time I visit, especially on the top floor.

The apartment is fairly decent and the price‑quality ratio is acceptable. The check‑in was terribly managed: the keys weren’t at the indicated bar and I had to wait 2 hours. The 4th floor has no elevator, and that wasn’t communicated. The host didn’t reply when I had trouble entering. A huge security issue: the rooms share the same lock and another guest accidentally opened my room. Having a stranger in your own room is unacceptable and seriously risks privacy and safety. I do not recommend this place.

The air‑conditioning didn’t work, and staying a night with those temperatures without AC is unimaginable. The elevator didn’t work. Very bad.

The bar, tobacco shop, and pizzeria are nearby. On the 4th floor, if the air‑conditioner (room 2) doesn’t work, it’s like an oven; I never slept because I sweated a lot.
