The balcony is great! For the price you even get more than expected. The owner greets you with a friendly welcome coffee. All rooms in the building are very spacious – the furnishings are quite dated, with warped mirrors, crooked soap holders, and a leaky tap. Still, you get hot shower water from a modern boiler, decent, pleasantly smelling towels and bedding, plus shampoo and toilet paper. (Room 23 has two single beds.) I looked at the rooms on the top floor; they are huge with floor‑to‑ceiling windows – those must have been very fancy rooms. For a one‑night layover, it’s definitely a very good choice. There’s also a huge, tree‑shaded parking lot. A few simple fixes could make this place look snazzy: replace the bathroom mirror, renew all fixtures, and unhook crooked items. Stick the wooden bed trim with wood glue, and fix the slanted outlet covers.
