I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The pictures online didn't do it justice, and upon arrival, I was struck by the hotel's aged appearance. Unfortunately, the non-smoking room I booked didn't exist, and the staff didn't even offer to help with luggage, which was a first for me in Indonesia. The reception staff were also quite unfriendly, and the rooms on the 6th floor were smoking rooms that were in a state of disrepair.
