The view across the Bosphorus is magnificent. It’s very close to transport links that let you reach the various neighborhoods of the city. Rooms on the upper floors let you see the Asian coast. The staff were always very helpful and kind. They helped us book several restaurants. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The rooms were quiet.

The only thing that mattered was the location; if you take a room overlooking the Bosphorus. The lobby was small, and I had a bag with cash; the manager didn’t do anything after I reported that the amount was short. The next day I found them still in the room, claiming they wouldn’t clean it until we were there.

The location is good, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and breakfast was great. The staff should speak better English; it’s hard to communicate if they don’t understand you. They can be a little rude.
