The location and breakfast were good, yet the noise from the cleaning staff shouting at 7 am in the corridors was annoying even though we had set the "do not disturb" sign.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit. ACHTUNG! Die Kosten für ein AI‑Paket sind es auf keinen Fall wert, denn es ist kein AI, die Information dazu bekommt man jedoch nicht beim Kauf des Pakets! Der Witz war, nicht einmal eine Tasse Kaffee ist in dem Paket enthalten! Reinigungen um den Pool werden zu Zeiten ausgeführt, an denen man gerne am Pool liegen würde. Und verschiedene Kleinigkeiten, die in der Summe dazu beitragen, die Unterkunft nicht mehr zu buchen.

The hotel enjoys a wonderful seaside location, and both the rooms and the grounds were very clean; the food tasted good and the staff were excellent, always trying to make guests feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the room décor didn’t match the price. I’ve often found that the rooms shown on booking sites are the ones nobody would choose voluntarily, and this property is no exception – the price‑performance ratio is off. I also wouldn’t recommend the all‑inclusive package: on the first day I was told “that isn’t included in your package,” and the same happened on days two and three for a simple cup of coffee, which ruined the stay. The booking flyer never mentioned these restrictions, so I would have declined. After that, only two hours of free coffee were offered each afternoon.
