The villa is very beautiful. The roof is very tasty. I recommend it! The cleaning could use more attention.

Everything about the property is awesome! No complaints and no issues—the staff, cook, and everyone were really friendly! I’ll definitely come back. The only problem is that the villa is run by a hospitality company that’s hard to deal with and the prices aren’t really reasonable compared to other villas because they’re a third‑party who don’t own the villa.

“Nettes Personal und feines Essen”

Even though we were the only guests, everyone was very helpful. The food was incredibly good, and the facilities were beautifully set up and well located. The large pool with massage chairs was top.

The design is great and the staff are super friendly, making it the best stay we’ve had in Sri Lanka. The property is beautifully secluded, peaceful, and the staff are ready to help with anything you need.

“The owner cheats the guests.”

The staff were present. After a long journey, the owner told us that the reservation for the villa (5 bedrooms) was not valid because, according to him, we only booked one room, and he forced us to pay for the other rooms in full. He lied. The villa was sold out with our reservation, but we were the only ones there (two rooms). The staff said this problem repeats, forcing guests to pay multiple times the price if they don’t have other accommodation. The owner is a fraud. The equipment is dirty, moldy, and needs maintenance. The owner refused any discussion and said that either we will pay within an hour or we will be fired, even though our reservation is exactly as written. The next review and photos will be on Google.
