Best Western Albemarle Inn

“Comfy stay”

Check‑in was smooth, the front desk staff were very sweet and the transfer to and from the car was quick; breakfast was nice and check‑out was also smooth with the front desk again being kind. The room was nice, but the mirror was a little dirty, none of the trash cans had bags, the clock by the bed was dirty, and the headboard was a bit greasy; the main sheet didn’t fit the bed properly.

“Overall decent, but the actual quality of sleep we had was not great for the two nights we stayed due to the rock hard m”

The staff were extremely friendly and professional, the free breakfast was a plus with surprisingly good food, and everything was well‑stocked and clean. The beds were rock hard, and every time my partner or I rolled over we almost bounced off the bed because of the overly‑tight mattress springs; the bedding was not very comfortable, pillows were decent but the fitted sheet kept popping off the bed, and it seemed the sheet was too small for our king‑size bed.

Very central to the area we needed, but there were German roaches in the room.

“Great location and value”

Location and complimentary breakfast, and not much else.

“It was perfect , parking area , all the comforts of home.”

Staff were totally fantastic and very welcoming, breakfast had quite a high selection, and the area was comfortable and spacious; I have nothing to say, it was a great visit.
