“A comfortable stay at a well-priced hotel with excellent staff”

The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and they did everything they could for me. Check‑in was smooth and easy. The room, a bungalow behind the main building, was very comfortable with a large bed, air‑conditioning, fan, kettle for tea and coffee, and a fridge. There was plenty of storage for clothes and luggage, and I could park my scooter right in front of the room, which was a bonus. I dined at the hotel for dinner and breakfast; although the selection was limited, the food was great. The only downside was several large insects in the room that I quickly squashed, and many tiny flies in the bathroom. Aside from that, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely return.

“Comfortable stay”

Room in a bungalow at the back of the hotel. Very clean. Delicious Indian breakfast included. Excellent value dinner and lunch. Staff extremely helpful

The place is stunning and the location is great, and checking in was smooth. The complimentary buffet was very disappointing, the food was bad, and it felt like they were doing us a favour; it needs improvement.

The rooms were clean, the restaurant was good, and the car parking is near Temple Koluthupuzha Sastha Temple – I enjoyed my stay.

The staff were pleasant and the location is good, but no amenity kit was given, the water pressure was bad, and the shower wasn’t working.
