The property was clean, tidy, and full of character, and its location was perfect for watching the rugby at Llandovery RFC. Nothing negative.

The breakfast menu was good. The room had a very large bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was large, spotless, and came with lovely fluffy towels. The room offered a good selection of teas, coffee, chocolate, and Biscoff biscuits. Because the building is old, the floorboards creaked a lot, but that’s part of its charm.

The rooms were basic but comfortable, and breakfast was nice. The bar staff were all lovely, and when our lift to a party we were attending didn’t show, they offered to drive us. Exceptional guest service only found in Wales—Diolch, ladies!

The staff were extremely friendly and polite, and the food was fantastic. We had issues with the TV but it was eventually fixed, and parking was confusing. The bed was great, but a loud noise all night—some kind of generator or air‑con—kept us awake; it was loud and seemed to come from underneath.
