“Soddisfattissimo”
Everything was welcoming and familiar, and I was very satisfied.
They greeted us kindly and the location is central, nothing to complain about.
The spot is very quiet, the location is convenient, and the gentleman at reception is a nice, hospitable person who makes you feel comfortable right away. Externally the building isn’t bad, but the entrance is poorly lit and smells stale; when I first came in I feared the worst for cleanliness and was worried I’d find a dirty room. The rooms themselves look clean but feel dirty because everything is old—wooden furniture smells, walls are all dirty and should at least be repainted for “cleanliness”. The curtains, blankets, and the headboard were the worst; I covered it with a sheet because I’m allergic to dust mites and it didn’t seem hygienic to sleep on a velvet‑like backrest that might not have been washed since the room’s last use. The bathroom is a bit old but clean; the only flaw is the shower head was broken. I also was annoyed that the shuttle service was listed in the requests, but they later told me they no longer offer it.
The in‑room breakfast was perfect.
The area is central with easy parking, but the place needs a refresh.
