I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the extremely helpful staff who made sure I had everything I needed. However, I must mention that the noise from the neighboring rooms was a significant issue, as even the slightest conversation could be heard clearly and was quite disturbing.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel didn't quite live up to our expectations, and it was mainly due to the behavior of the staff, which left a lot to be desired.
