Annette is a star! She works tirelessly to make everything perfect for her guests’ specific needs. Even though I was the only guest, the room was spacious enough for two, with a very comfortable bed, a choice of pillows, and a shower stocked with upscale toiletries—including Nivea body lotion, which was much needed after a day’s walking on the coast path! Breakfast was tailored to my requests, plentiful, and tasty. Tea, coffee, water, and a chocolate bar were all available in the room. Annette shared a wealth of information about buses and restaurants, and the house’s location was excellent for bus stops, with Bideford Quay just a 5‑minute walk away. All in all, this B&B could not be faulted—outstanding. Nothing negative.

I had a truly lovely stay at Ellerton B&B. The room was clean and comfortable, and parking was available nearby. Breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect after visiting RHS Rosemoor and for a walk around Tarr Steps the next day.
