“I really wish the room couch would have been nicer without being so dirty”

The staff were amazing, very nice and welcoming. Inside my room, though, the couch was extremely dirty; the hand rest was peeling and covered in stains, so we couldn’t sit and enjoy the view and felt disgusted just looking at it.

The location is great, with easy access, a spacious lobby, and plenty of fast elevators. The breakfast was terrible; the menu is very limited and pre‑defined (you can’t order, for example, two eggs and a little bacon because those items aren’t on the menu), you wait a long time, and every item is charged, even orange juice, even though breakfast is included in the price. The food quality is also poor, using spices that aren’t listed on the menu. The room was spacious but poorly cleaned; a sofa next to the bed was so dirty we didn’t want to lean on the cushion. On the first day we found ants in the bathroom. On the second day the toilet clogged, the drainage leaked into the shower cabin. We notified reception; the problem was fixed, but no one apologized.

“Great option for a concert in LA”

Close to Crypto stadium which is why we were staying here! Got 2 queen beds for 4 adults and it was comfortable, though a bit tight with the room size. The lobby bar had tasty drinks and the front desk staff were helpful for recommending dinner spots. We had parking included with our room which was so handy!. View from the room was not great, and theres not much to do nearby other than visit LA live

The rooms were clean and modern, and the hotel is very close to everything downtown. The only downside was that there’s no self‑parking.
