The staff were at least courteous. They didn’t provide the room keys. The fan bearing had a mechanical failure, which made it noisy and slow. Power cuts were frequent. The rooms were not thoroughly clean. They promised another room but gave us one on the second floor. We had to change our hotel. In front of my eyes, these people gave someone’s booked room to another person for 2 hours.
