Breakfast had a good variety. The bed was smaller than we’re used to, but that’s fine. My husband struggles with stairs and walking; I mentioned this at check‑in, yet we were still assigned a room up 17 stairs along a corridor.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, the Wi‑Fi was excellent, and the staff were friendly and caring. No complaints.

Room AC didnt work. Cancelled room booking without communication during Farnborough airshow, this left us in a very difficult situation to manage
