Everything was perfect— the owner was extremely helpful, offering many local tips, and the room was beautifully decorated with a great bathroom and a large shower; coffee machines and pods were also provided, and the grounds were well maintained.

The owner’s hospitality was outstanding, the room was spacious and comfortable with a good bed and shower, and the patio with table and chairs made it easy to enjoy the outdoors; highly recommended.

The place could be lovely once finished, and the grounds are nice, with a friendly landlord, but the accommodation was still under construction: the photos didn’t show that the kitchen only had a fridge, and the living space was half‑finished; the landlord had listed a fridge only, yet at €100 per night I expected a fully equipped kitchen, not a site littered with tools, dust and unfinished work—including dust on the bed from the air conditioner; there was also debris around the house, making it a true construction zone; I wish this had been communicated earlier, especially since the apartment is near a highway and a main road, which is obvious on the map, so it’s only suitable if you’re not looking for silence; it was a major letdown.

We stayed in a tiny apartment that felt like a newly renovated gem, with every comfort present; Mr Mario was a genuinely kind man who welcomed us warmly and met our needs; the location was ideal, close to Ligurian and Tuscan beaches and other towns to visit, offering peace and rest in a lovely courtyard—thanks for everything!
