Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable place, and the staff are super friendly 🥰. It’s great for families because the room can accommodate a double and single bed in the same space, which is a real bonus ⬆️. And as a top feature that few hotels offer, you can sleep completely in the dark; the blinds close fully and there are curtains 🔝🥰.

The staff were friendly, but the room was cramped and there were constant noises from pipes, the elevator, and other sources.

The accommodation is decent, but the overall experience could be improved. The staff are generally friendly and the breakfast is ordinary. The photos shown when selecting room options during booking did not match the actual room I received: they advertised a balcony with nature views, yet I was on the first floor with a small window overlooking a dim, poorly maintained interior courtyard, which gave a terrible impression. I attached photos from 9 am and 6 pm. The staff were nice, but they didn’t inform us of the cleaning schedule and there was no “do not disturb” sign for the door if we preferred no one to enter. Moreover, the room was set up for three people (double bed, single bed, three towels, three gels, etc.) while the reservation was for two. Overall, the value for money is poor and it is expensive.

“Personal agradable y habitación cómoda”

The staff were very pleasant, the room was comfortable for a single night, and it came with a fan. The property is close to the train station and there are parking spaces nearby.
