Do yourself a favor and don’t go there; it’s a dirty and filthy place and I’m not impressed. The bathrooms are awful and there’s no way to get water down, no windows in the room, everything is filthy, the sheets are dirty, the shower water is cold, everything is disgusting—shortly, I didn’t stay there, I left as fast as possible. I don’t recommend it at all.

The room was the worst I’ve seen: damp, the bed and washroom were filthy, and it was swarming with mosquitoes and flies—absolutely pathetic.

I didn’t like anything at this place. I paid extra for breakfast, yet they told me it would only start after 9.30 am, even though I was in Surat on business and they expect guests to stay until then. I doubt the hotel actually offers breakfast; it feels like a scam. I booked two rooms, both were dirty, the linen hadn’t been changed for 1–2 months, the floors were filthy, and the toilets were unclean.

The only good thing was the location. The AC was broken, breakfast wasn’t provided, and they didn’t give towels, soap, or shampoo. The bed was in bad condition.

Everything was fine, except they said breakfast was available all the time but it only showed up on one day.
