“沒有入住但接聽電話服務人員真的很棒”

We originally planned to ride a double‑cross motorcycle, but the route got tangled when the South Cross closed, so we cancelled one room the day before departure and switched to the Central Cross on the day of travel; en route a friend crashed his bike, and we asked the hotel to cancel our reservation. The staff immediately helped us with the cancellation process, and we’re truly grateful to the employee on duty that day; our travel companion swears we’ll stay here again on our next trip.

“房間很乾淨，隔音也很好，整體住起來很舒服，重點是價格也很便宜，CP值真的很高！”

The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, offering sushi, stir‑fried rice noodles, buns, cereal, plain porridge, white rice and a tasty pork‑rib soup. On the ground floor there’s a ball pit, a slide and toys that kept the kids entertained for hours. The afternoon tea bar also serves small snacks for a quick bite and unlimited American coffee. The room was spotless, the soundproofing worked well, and overall the stay was very comfortable, especially considering the very low price and excellent value for money.

Everything was good overall, but the water was too small and the breakfast had very little meat.

We stayed in a double‑twin room that was comfortable and spotless, and the on‑site laundry let us wash our clothes; breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great, so I’ll definitely book again next time I’m in Hualien.
