“Boa.”
The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good. The distance to the parking lot: if you have many bags, you will have to make several trips.

New and firm bed, they are renovating, so on some floors the bathrooms are new/repaired. We stayed in a double room, I found it a bit tight, but nothing that prevents a good night's sleep, good and firm bed.
The cleaning was spot‑on and the breakfast was decent.

The mattress and pillow were good, and the room was quiet. We were assigned a top‑floor room that the elevator couldn't reach, so we had to climb one stairwell; my 87‑year‑old mother found that difficult. The hotel seemed empty, so there was a lack of consideration and attention. In our room the window faced the roof and the bathroom sink was leaking. The parking is on the same street but you have to walk about 150 m with bags on a dusty road; if you arrive late there will be no spots. The street smelled strong, breakfast was weak, and the hotel is very pricey for what it offers.
