Poor value for money. Very bad quality beds. We were given a room which had the restaurant kitchen above our room with a wooden floor. It was so noisy till 22:30 pm, and started again at 9 am. No shampoo or shower gel. No complimentary water in room and 500 ml water was R29.00. Great staff and manager.

The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. We slept for two nights and the linens and towels were not changed

The terrace service was friendly and there were bushbabies at dinner. The room was noisy (room 1 under the reception). The restaurant was closed from 15:00 to 17:00 with no staff present. The room had little privacy, the terrace was walked through by everyone, and the bathroom had a window in the hallway.
