The location and lobby. The bathroom and bathtub were very dirty and the style was extremely old.

Honestly I was shocked for a five‑star hotel to be in that condition, from staff services to room condition. The room furniture is so old, the bed is uncomfortable, the toilet has poor hygiene and smells everywhere. When calling the receptionist no answer, checkout service is not available to carry luggage—you have to bring it yourself. More and more. This is the first time and last time I’ll book in the hotel.
