I was blown away by the décor—everything felt like home right away, and the host was absolutely fantastic. No complaints at all.

Fabrizio was a great host, and the spot is perfect for getting to many sights; the free parking is very convenient. The place was clean and roomy.
Everything was excellent. The host was wonderfully kind, the apartment was modern and almost new, fully equipped, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom that had a jacuzzi, plus a second bathroom with a chromotherapy shower. The large lounge had a relaxing sofa. The location was superb, just minutes from the free parking at Pian di Massiano where the minibus (3€ round‑trip) starts and takes you into Perugia. Nothing to complain about.
