The location of this hotel was super convenient – there were plenty of food options just outside the door, and the room type was exactly what my family and I were looking for. The staff were also very thoughtful and prepared everything very well. The only thing that would've made our stay even better was a bit more transparency about the room amenities – but overall, it was a great choice for us.

I was really looking forward to staying at this quirky hotel in Osaka, but unfortunately, the beds in our 4-person bunk room were a major letdown. The tatami mat Japanese-style beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on, and the flimsy chipboard walls between each bunk made every movement a squeaky nightmare. We lasted just one night out of our six-booked stay before switching hotels, and we couldn't get a refund, which was a real shame.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the Black Market area. However, the beds were a bit too hard for my liking, and I didn't get the best sleep. On the plus side, the hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained – so it's definitely worth considering if you're looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.
