“A Welcoming Stay with a Kind Front Desk Team”
I had a pleasant experience at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The gentleman I interacted with was particularly kind, allowing me to check in early despite being exhausted and not having a scheduled arrival time of 3. His understanding and assistance made a big difference. However, I did have to leave the hotel, which was a bit of a drawback.
“Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Some Room for Improvement”
My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable, with a prime location that allowed us to easily access the attractions and events we wanted to see, all within a couple of miles. The staff were not only friendly but also very informative, which added to the positive experience. However, I did notice that the rooms and bathrooms showed signs of age and could benefit from some updates.
“Convenient Location but Limited Breakfast Options”
I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, being right next to a steakhouse and a gas station, and not too far from Downtown. However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options, specifically the eggs which came with sausage already mixed in, leaving me wishing for a non-pork alternative.
“Friendly and Helpful Staff”
The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us during our stay. Although the staff's niceness was noted, it was somewhat overshadowed by other aspects of the hotel. Overall, the helpfulness of the team was a definite highlight.
“A Comfortable Environment Marred by Mediocre Breakfast”
The hotel's environment was pleasant and welcoming, making for a comfortable stay. However, I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast options, particularly the juices, which tasted watered down and not very refreshing.
