The whole hotel is amazing! The décor is great, the breakfasts, lunches and dinners are delicious, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are extraordinary, and there’s a fantastic Mammut mountain shop right inside.

We arrived late on a motorcycle around 22:15 because of technical issues and couldn’t find anyone to hand us the booked, expensive rooms. No one was reachable by phone, but the hotel across the street took us in for a high price so we didn’t have to sleep outside. We’re asking for clarification, a refund, or a credit for a future stay.
