The location is fantastic, right next to charming squares. The ventilation was a bit smoky, probably because of incense sticks, but we could open the windows ourselves and ventilate well.

Vittoria is friendly. The location was convenient, but the sound insulation was extremely poor. The ceiling seemed wooden, and every footstep from the apartment above was clearly audible, accompanied by heavy thudding and vibrations. Phone calls, ringing phones, and conversations from upstairs could be heard almost word for word. The noise was extremely disruptive and significantly affected my sleep and overall comfort. I understand Venice has many historic buildings, but guests should be made aware of such serious sound insulation issues before booking. Given the property’s high rating of 9.1, the actual experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who values a quiet night’s sleep.

The staff is super kind, offers lovely recommendations, the area is great, and the room is clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, very firm and squeaky. It is listed as a triple room with a sofa bed, but it was just one bed that could be split into two twins. They ended up separating and making up the two beds, which was nice, but the booking made it look like one larger bed and a sofa bed or twin.

The accommodation is very beautiful and centrally located, very close to a Vaporetto station, the famous wooden bridge on the Grand Canal, and a nice square with restaurants, bars, gelateria, and the Leonardo da Vinci Museum nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The doors let in a lot of noise, which was pretty annoying, but the room itself was clean and nice.
