I was impressed by the hotel shuttle and the friendly staff, but the mattress was sagging, very noisy, and there were no blackout curtains; the thermal pool was dirty and unattended, towels and bathrobes were worn, and the toilet seat had a break. The hotel seemed to rely on deals to attract guests, and overall it feels like it needs a full renovation.

The shower only had a few jets and they were occupied by the same people for 30 minutes, so we never got a chance to test them.

The room was spacious and the large pool was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day, but the slippers listed on the website were missing, as were the bathrobes.

The welcome, the comfort, the quiet, the delicious breakfast, and the chauffeur‑driven car that took us to a village restaurant and brought us back were all excellent.

Everything was great: a nice lobby with free tea and coffee, a complimentary shuttle to the restaurants below in Mörel, and an elevator that takes you directly from the upper floors to the pool and wellness area.
