The room was big and spacious, but the facilities were old and there were smoking rooms.

The staff were very kind and pleasant, the room was spotless, and walking back to Itami Airport was a pleasant surprise because it was so close; next time I’ll walk to the hotel, but it was very nice of them to reimburse ¥1,000 for the taxi fare, which I greatly appreciated. I just wish there had been a plug closer to the bed.

Despite being listed as a conference hotel, it’s a beautiful hotel. The rooms are huge, with plenty of toiletries and everything you need for the stay, and the location is excellent if you need to be close to the airport.
