The spot is great and surrounded by nature, but the rooms on the mountain side are dark and look straight into a forest wall; our room above the kitchen was noisy from 5 am and almost all day long.

The décor, location, and pool are appealing; housekeeping isn’t done daily, breakfast is minimal, it doesn’t live up to a 4‑star standard, and the bathtub has leaks.

The spa area is nice, breakfast is good, and the rooms are spacious; the hotel is a bit off the beaten path, dinner is just average, and there’s no charging spot for electric cars.

The rooms are large, the location is good, parking is convenient, and breakfast is fine; the room wasn’t cleaned even though we asked, the vending machine wasn’t restocked (no beer left), the head chef was unfriendly, and after booking we couldn’t switch to half‑board.

Breakfast was good, but the staff never greeted or smiled, they did their job but didn’t notice us; the stay left a very disappointing impression. Before arrival we received an email with a dinner menu that wouldn’t open and the website didn’t work, so at reception we tried to book the menu but were told the restaurant was fully booked and à la carte wasn’t possible; as guests we were essentially sent away for dinner. The nearby restaurant’s menu didn’t appeal either, so we drove away again. Later we went to the hotel bar at about 20:15, the restaurant was almost empty, making it hard to understand why we’d been told it was fully booked earlier. That was especially disappointing and made us feel unwelcome. The tech setup also needs improvement: throughout the hotel we had almost no mobile or internet reception, Wi‑Fi was very poor, and navigation inside was subpar. Our room was in a corner with no room number, so we passed it twice looking for it. Overall a very disappointing experience. One would expect a hotel to support guests with dinner questions and make them feel welcome, which wasn’t the case. We can’t recommend this hotel based on what happened.
