Listing everything would be too long, but overall we were very satisfied. The variety of dishes, the quality of ingredients, the service from the welcome desk through the staff to the housekeeping were all excellent. The wellness area was spectacular, especially the outdoor spaces and the 25‑meter pool that was heated even in winter. The only small issue, easy to fix, was that our room was directly above the staff smoking area, so when we opened the windows at night the smoke drifted in. Maybe that area could be moved.

The wellness area is generous, the staff is friendly, and the location is good. The small “Dippel” room had no storage and the bathroom was far too small, so we upgraded for an extra fee. The lunch menu could be more varied, and coffee and soft drinks should be offered there.

The hotel’s management and all the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food was superb.
