Excellent location! The building is representative of its era. Impressive foyer, fast elevators, and large rooms. The terrace on the 8th floor offers a wonderful view of the peaks and the Rila plain. We were pleasantly surprised by the SPA center! A large pool 180-140 meters deep with an ideal swimming temperature! Very clean! Towels, robes, etc. are provided. There are several types of saunas and even a Knapp trail! Even though the façade isn’t renovated, inside the hotel offers more than expected. Dinner. Deciding to dine in the restaurant turned out to be a mistake. The 4‑star hotel does not include any drinks for dinner. And by that, I mean absolutely none! Not even water! We ordered water, it cost 2 euros. Whether that small profit of 2 euros justifies the reputational damage is another matter… In the rooms there’s also no water jug, nor tea or coffee… Things that are already a tradition in lower‑tier hotels

Location, cleanliness, staff, food. The furnishings are old. Some of the doors, both in the rooms and inside the rooms, also need replacement

“Отлично!”

The starter was really good, and the location was great too – we found ourselves right in the center of Boryovets, close to the lift we used to reach the “Musal” hut. Overall, we’re very satisfied. The only downside was that the breakfast could have offered more variety.

The hotel’s still pretty good. It’s been around since the Soviet era but they keep it up to date. There’s a big indoor pool, a spa, and even a bowling alley. The staff are friendly and the food is decent.

“not exciting”

The spot is great, but the building feels a bit dated and there’s no air‑conditioning. Breakfast is just the basics, nothing fancy.
