Great. Nothing to note otherwise. In the Riad category, I think it’s truly excellent, with very friendly and always available staff.

A very pretty and modern Riad, with outstanding staff and especially delicious breakfast served on the lovely rooftop terrace with a view. The location is perfect, just around the corner from Jam El‑Fnaa square and still absolutely quiet. I felt safe in the neighborhood at all times, even as a young solo female traveler. Hanna, Kassim, and the kind lady with the pretty sparkling headscarf made my stay even nicer with their subtle and super friendly service! The water in the shower was lukewarm to mostly cold, and the water pressure was only okay with ice‑cold water. In the evenings there were always showers and thunderstorms, making the room air totally damp, very uncomfortable to sleep in (I think it’s due to the construction on the second floor that let moisture in everywhere). For the very high price I expected warm water and a fully built Riad. March might be too early, but on the rooftop terrace there was a pool that unfortunately was out of service; I would have liked to use it.

No espresso machine, bathroom doors don’t close, the number of staff at the hotel doesn’t match the dining area during rain or storms, and there’s a smell from the plumbing.

The staff is extremely smiling and professional. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. There is nothing we didn’t like.

The breakfast. There is a lot of humidity, rooms are not ventilated, windows and doors don’t open, and the price is too high for what it is.
