What I liked most was definitely the onsen—a long, quiet, and not crowded place to unwind after a day touring Osaka. The staff were extremely courteous. The hotel isn’t in Osaka’s most touristy area, but it’s in a beautiful, calmer zone full of interesting restaurants.

I appreciated the staff’s help with my allergies, yet I saw a foreign guest using the bath without washing first, so I think a short reminder about bathing etiquette at the front desk would be useful.
