I would highly recommend this hotel. During the UTMB race they looked after us, letting us shower even after checkout. Breakfast was excellent and arrived early enough for us to eat before the race. Plus the balcony was beautiful and the beds very comfortable.

The location was good, but there were no parking spots upon arrival; we managed to park at the Jeanne d'Arc apartment parking because our family had rented an apartment.

The hotel is thoughtfully decorated in a shabby‑chic style, with charming details that create a cozy vibe. The double room is quiet and spacious enough for one person, but the storage space feels a bit tight for two. Breakfast is solid, especially the fresh, tasty bread. The location is spot‑on, with Crans and Montana both easily reachable on foot. At night, the hallway lacks light and the switches are hard to spot, so we had to find our way to the room in the dark; an automatic light would be nice. The parking lot was crowded with cars from the construction site next door.
