The hotel has very responsive staff, always in touch and ready to help. The location is great, just a short walk from the Tbilisi train station, near markets, shops, and cafés. One suggestion: a curtain in the shower would make it more comfortable.

I found this hotel after my previous accommodation had cancelled my stay the very last second, so I checked in very late at night without any issues and enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The location is quite far from the Old Town, and every time you want to enter the hotel you have to call reception to open the gate because no code is given for the pin‑pad, which is quite obnoxious.

The room was gorgeous and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and cozy! The balcony was huge and just great, only wish there were chairs. The shower curtain is seriously missing, the shower is very slippery, a temporary solution could be a water guard. There’s no trash bin in the room for small waste. And to make it completely comfortable, a mixer with two separate water valves is needed for easier water control.

I stayed in a deluxe room on the 5th floor with a spacious balcony, and the staff were excellent; everything was spotless, so I highly recommend it for anyone coming here.
