I had a wonderful stay. The capsule features a sliding wooden door that locks with a key, giving excellent privacy, a spacious double bed with a firm mattress (ideal for those who prefer that), and plenty of interior space that feels cozy, quiet, and surprisingly roomy. Air conditioning and WiFi work well. The location is ideal, tucked at the end of an alley with no main‑street noise, just a two‑minute walk to the lake; on weekends the surrounding streets become pedestrian. The neighborhood is charming and very pleasant, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. The value for money is exceptional. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Clean towels are provided in the room. I would definitely stay here again. The mattress is a little too firm, but it’s good for the back ☺️.

The capsule concept is very spacious for one person, with great privacy and ventilation; the location is also excellent—just a few steps to Hoan Kiem lake, on the quieter side opposite the fun area, which makes for a good sleep. The room is clean, towels and toiletries are included, and they’re refilled promptly.
