On our return trips to Germany we stayed at the Chateau des Monthairons twice already. The park is inviting for walks with our dog, and the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Dinner is superb! Breakfast features regional products. We’ll gladly come back. Nothing to complain about.

The dinner was excellent, the staff very pleasant, and the wine served was good. The next morning’s breakfast offered a wide range of fresh produce, including locally boiled farm eggs that tasted authentic. The rooms were large but old‑fashioned; a facelift would modernise the facilities. Still, considering what we liked, I would definitely choose this hotel again.
