Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill

“An old, not well maintained property whose rates are excessive for what you get.”

The location was decent and the staff were friendly, but the property feels old and poorly maintained; the mattress was in terrible condition and clearly needed replacement long ago.

There was nothing positive to mention. The place was dusty, not clean at all, the AC was loud, it felt unsafe, and when we asked for another cleaning they did nothing.

“Good location, low budget stay”

The spot is in a good area and the staff were pleasant, yet the room quality was lacking with holes in the bed sheets, a broken safety deposit box, and it felt more like a 2‑3 star hotel than a 4‑star.

“Horrible stay and this lame hotel”

Only the cleaning staff were decent. The location was poor, the bar staff were unfriendly, there was no breakfast offered, the bar closed at 11 pm on weekends, the lobby had no seating areas, it was very expensive, and the décor was old and out of style.

“It was a longer walk to TD garden than I thought, but manageable .”

I requested bottled water, but the front desk said no and only gave me two generic store‑brand bottles, which felt rude and cheap. I paid a fee for early check‑in, so the service should have been better and the facility needs updating.
