The hotel consistently delivered the promised standard and was very reliable, with a pleasant atmosphere in the nicer part of MD; however, breakfast is served in the bar, which is dimly lit, and I found it too dark during breakfast hours.

“Unterkunft für eine Nacht”

The staff were very friendly, the elevator was quiet and quick, and there was no need to wait; breakfast was good, but the room lacked a wardrobe, the pillows were too hard, and the chair was only suitable for clothes. The "desk chair," if one can call it that, was present only once even though the room was meant for two guests, making it quite small. There was no dinner, just small snacks, and the breakfast area was overcrowded with insufficient tables and seating, some of which were too low to sit on. The parking garage was unusable because it was a public car park, which was problematic for our driver who is partially disabled; we had difficulty parking the car. Nearby there were other parking options, but we would have preferred to park in the hotel’s car park. These are all minor issues; we felt comfortable overall.
