“Lovely small apartment great bar Frankie’s next door”

Thanks for letting us in early, but the apartment was clean except for a few dead cockroaches. After the cleaners finished the room next to ours, the corridor was littered with fifteen empty water bottles and dirty laundry that had been left there all day and had to be climbed over to reach our room.

“Would definitely recommend”

The price and location were excellent, the place was very clean, and check‑in was easy. The room and balcony were very small compared to other rooms at the property.

The only good thing was the location. I had to wait 1.5 hours outside for the check‑in because someone had to come to collect the cash deposit—online payment wasn’t possible—and they told me the arrival time was 2.5 hours earlier. At 3 a.m. the neighbors knocked on the door and shouted, so I spent the night sleepless. I reported the issue to hotel management, but nothing was done. I had to put the neighbors to sleep myself. I couldn’t rest, so I left for another hotel; at least we only stayed one night. I asked the administration to partially compensate us for the trouble, but they refused. I also attached photos for the hotel—this should not have happened, and there was only one outlet for all the devices.

The staff showed no empathy toward the customer.

We expected the host to give us top quality and respect, but when we arrived we asked for the key code to enter the room we booked and were told we needed a €200 deposit, even though the room cost €69 and we had only booked one night. They wouldn’t refund us.
