The building is beautiful and the location is great. After a 3‑night stay we checked out early and were given an early breakfast, which we really appreciated. The air‑con in the room worked well when needed. Paying by card was convenient. The staff were helpful with information and even called a ferry company for us when we had a booking issue.

Room, staff, and facilities were fine. There was no hot water, and at one point there was no water at all for the shower.

The manager and the ladies were fantastic, attentive, and even helped us! The lunch was delicious, the place is well‑located and cozy. The extra perk was the terrace with a stunning view of Marrakech’s rooftops and an amazing sunset!

The stay at Riad Elizzi was great: staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was good, and the location was excellent. I’d stay again! However, my room was on the first floor next to the kitchen and dining area, so the morning breakfast noise could be heard through the door.
