A very lovely small hotel in Boscombe with a super large, sunny room that had big windows; the breakfast was fantastic, especially the very good quality bacon and sausages, and the location near the beach was perfect. Sue and Alan ran it with charm, and the value for money was great. Nothing to add.

The hostess was warm and friendly, but parking was a bit hit‑and‑miss—first come, first served. We visit Bournemouth regularly, so we’ve gotten used to that issue.

The host was very nice and the location was excellent for the beach (about 6 minutes on foot), with all the usual beach amenities like showers and restaurants. The cliff‑walking trail was nearby, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and fruit selection. Parking was free right in front of the stylish hotel. The mattress could be better.
