Very friendly reception staff. Conveniently located near buses and metros. Several washing machines. The mattress was too soft.

The room was clean and of standard size for Korea, though it felt small if you’re traveling with large luggage. It’s a 5‑10 minute walk from bus and metro stops, almost equidistant from the city’s main sights. You can wash and dry laundry, but the dryer cycle is slow and not very efficient; I’d recommend small loads or multiple cycles.

“Un gran hotel”

Getting to the hotel from the metro station is very convenient, and the building looked more modern than I expected from the photos. The lobby, hallways, common areas, and room were all very clean and tidy. Laundry service is available, and breakfast costs 7 euros; it was excellent, with a sandwich, fruit, and included coffee/tea. The front‑desk ladies were friendly and cheerful, offering restaurant and sightseeing tips. The hotel sits in the center, and outside you’ll find streets full of restaurants and street‑food stalls at night, yet the room was very quiet, with double‑glazed windows. The room itself was spacious, with a good bed and a very clean bathroom, making my five days in Busan very comfortable. I liked everything.
