Everyone on the staff—reception, café, and housekeeping—was friendly and attentive. We dropped our luggage at 11 am and checked in at 10 pm, then left at 5:30 pm and were allowed to keep our bags at the hotel until we wanted to leave; they have a small locker for that. The breakfast ladies were lovely, making eggs exactly how you want them, and the café on the upper floor is very cute. The place is clean and everyone did their best to accommodate us. The mobile coverage is weak, and the metro is about a 20‑minute walk, though it’s a pleasant stroll with squirrels. There’s a bus stop right on the sidewalk to the left as you exit, almost next to the hotel. The 12 line runs every 24 hours, and buses come frequently, taking about 20–25 minutes to Westminster and arriving at Oxford Circus via Oxford Street, which is convenient. We used that line often and sometimes walked to the metro when it was better. Overall, the transport options for sightseeing are good.

The room’s colors, bed, and pillows were nice, but the place was filthy—there was a strong urine smell in the hallway, and I found old food under the furniture and beneath the bed when I bent down to pick something up. Vacuuming started at 8 am while people were still sleeping. I complained, they apologized, then acted as if nothing had happened. The constant noise made it impossible to rest.

“Décevant”

The bed was comfortable, the hotel was well‑located, and the staff were friendly. The lunch was disappointing—I paid for it but only got chemically processed items (pancakes, small muffins, waffles) that were bought at the local shop, with no real choice. There was also too much moisture; our belongings in the rooms were damp and didn’t dry, and there was fog on the windows. I was disappointed with the hotel’s quality, but at least we were there just to sleep.

“Un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo considerando la posizione.”

The location suited my needs, the room was well sound‑proofed, the pillows had different weights, and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was available. The stairs had very small, steep steps.

“Localização e funcionários 5*”

We stayed four nights; the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were lucky the room was ready, so we checked in early. Our room was on the second floor, and the front‑desk staff carried my bag, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good, with eggs cooked on the spot, pancakes, croissants, bread, beans, muffins, fruit, coffee, and juices. The breakfast attendant is very kind and always restocks what’s running low. The room was ordinary and comfortable, with a kettle and fridge, and it was tidied daily. The best part was that they changed the towels every day to fresh ones. The location is great; the bus stop is right in front, and we’re a 25‑minute walk from the center. They let us store our luggage until late afternoon. We’ll return :)
