I was told the key would be stuck to the door, but when I arrived the door was locked and there was no key; the landlord was unreachable and I had to find another place to sleep.
During booking the house number was omitted, only the street was shown, and one of the owner’s phone numbers was wrong, so I had to call every listed number just to learn the house and room number I had booked.

I fell into a scam; I booked through Booking multiple times but can’t understand how they offer such things. I demand a refund; I had to book another place that night. No accommodation was provided, no key, no exact address, a threatening person attacked me, the house was in terrible condition like in Bangladesh, India, or a poor African country, and I had to call the same person ten times, get two words, then they hung up; they never replied on WhatsApp. I don’t know why I paid for something that put my life in danger—stay away, it’s very dangerous.

We couldn't take possession of Apartment 1, even though our booking in April 2025 was confirmed and the amount was deducted; the landlord canceled the unit on the day of arrival claiming it was no longer available, which left us stranded in Rosenheim—never again! 😡

The stay was fine for a layover; the room was clean and there were enough beds and all essentials. However, the way to access the apartment or room was unclear—we had to figure out which room was ours, and the apartment’s main entrance wasn’t lockable, which made us uneasy, especially since the building was busy day and night.
