Very clean and reasonably priced. An outdoor pool would be a nice addition.

“He was ok stay”

The hotel felt pleasantly smoggy, and the location was great, but the Ice Hotel could use a bit of remodeling. The location itself is a drawback.

“Unfortunately, it was not a satisfactory stay.”

Breakfast was the usual fare. The smoker room had sheers shredded by nicotine stains, a bathtub faucet that was wired backwards with hot/cold that kept dripping, and an AC wall thermostat that didn’t match the unit’s digital temperature.

“Updates need to be made please”

I appreciated the front desk’s complimentary touches and the to‑go bagels, brownies, lemonade, teas, and coffees. I also liked the pillows. However, the room looked like it was from the late 80s or early 90s, smelled of mildew and musk, and I had to take allergy medicine. Breakfast fell short: scrambled eggs were in a little water, bacon felt microwaved. The carpet was dingy, the ceiling had paint patches, and the TV was basic cable with no guide, only a long community channel list you’d have to wait to see. Many upgrades are needed; a smart TV with streaming would help. My window only offered a view of a building’s roof, which was disappointing. This felt more like a budget motel than a Hampton Inn.

“Convenient, great if you like firm beds”

I stayed in a safe, clean place but the beds felt too firm for my taste, which was a bit of a disappointment.
