The spot was perfect, right by the lake with a direct exit, and we even found a small picnic in the room, which we really appreciated. The room itself was smaller than we expected, but not too bad in size and the bed was very comfortable.

The place is beautiful, but everything was very dark and the rooms were a bit poorly maintained; there is not even a vending machine for water, and at night the whole area is pitch black with no lights to illuminate the entrance.

Communication was excellent; I thought I’d be in a different room, but when the one I wanted wasn’t available they kindly left us a mini bottle of champagne and sweets. The room turned out to be larger than I had imagined and the bed was huge. Some dampness was noticeable.

Everything was filthy and neglected, with no staff present. At night it was so dark you had to use your phone’s flash to see anything. It was quite grimy—long hair in the bathroom, and when we tried to sleep we were itchy all over because there were mites on the mattress; there was no mattress or pillow protector. The coffee machine was awful, extremely dirty and unhygienic.
