Rutland Water Courtyard Rooms

Breakfast was amazing, really set you up for the day. The location is beautiful, with a view of Rutland Water. The staff were friendly and helpful.

“Had a really good stay and will definitely recommend and use again myself.”

The room was lovely, though a few cobwebs were present, otherwise it was spotless. It was really comfortable. Toiletries were supplied and there was plenty of tea and coffee. Wi‑Fi was very good. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The walks down to the waterside were lovely. Cobwebs appeared in the light fittings. Food stops being served at 4 pm, which could be awkward if you check in at 3 pm after a long day on the road.

“A real find in Rutland Water.”

The room was charming, located off a small courtyard near the clubhouse. The facilities in the room and bathroom were excellent, and the location was very peaceful. The breakfast the next morning was lovely and prepared by friendly staff. Access from the car park required walking along a gravel path, making it harder to move luggage from car to room. Otherwise we were generally happy.

“A very pleasant break. The breakfast was awesome.”

A roomy, spotless and contemporary room, with staff who were extremely friendly, helpful and polite, but the restaurant shut down at 4.00pm, which was inconvenient.

The place was very quiet and peaceful, in a lovely spot, with staff who were very friendly and a bed that was incredibly comfortable.
